Hey, ya'll. I'm here. Not dead, and mostly, not even feeling dead. How's that for shocking news?
I have, however, made the discovery that the amount of time I spend online is directly proportional to the amount of work I don't get done. I'm sure none of you know what I'm talking about, but take my word for it, okay?
Therefore, I'm working day and night to do a bunch of chores that have long gone neglected.
I'll be back, and yes, I'm taking some pix. I probably should have taken some before's though...somehow that never occurs to me til AFTER. Duh! Now ya'll won't believe me about how terrible the before's really were!
*hmph!*

Well I'm saying Hi back at you... I read all your post, no dsl, shoppin' with ma, 15 bux for a trim, and other stuff. Hope you do get dsl...I have an independant phone company and they won't allow Quest and other big companys in with their low prices and good deals.

Yeah, no dsl and now...no returning of calls and the like. My hubby called and talked to the regional director or some such creature. He mentioned something about sending someone to pick up the modem if needed and then something about contacting engineering and he'd called back.
But...SURPRISE...he never called back. Sheesh!
I'm just really ticked b/c we bought this router just to be able to share the connection between the computers, etc. and now it's sitting here doing nothing...not to mention this box wherein came the poopy dsl modem.
Gah.
Ah well...at least I can get online still! LOL! I'd be going nuts otherwise!

Claire--I said nothing about seeing ME, just so we're clear. My chores have not included liposuction, chemical peels or plastic surgery. Sorry. ;)
