oh yeah, forgot to tell ya'll...

Christmas Eve morning, I got a delivery from the mailman! A big ol' box! I was all pumped up after seeing it was addressed to ME. Then, I saw that the only part of that sentence was the word "pump" since the box turned out to be full of pump supplies.

Sheesh. Oh well. It's nice to get supplies and be fooled into momentarily thinking it's a surprise Christmas gift than to run out of supplies before the next delivery comes! Gah!

Anyhows, I was attempting to put away the supplies when I decided to just go ahead and restock my travel packs. When I went to put a new bottle of test strips in my glucometer case, I thought I should change the battery too so I opened the less-than-seldom ever used pocket on the outside of the case to see if there was a spare battery in there.

Lo and behold, here's what I found:

Can you believe that?!? I've been looking for my rings for over a month! With all the moving, painting, then decorating for the holidays, then Christmas...well, I hadn't gotten time to really search for them! I was sure that I'd put them into a pocket...a pants pocket! I never even thought to look in that silly case! SHEESH!

Anyhow, you can imagine how relieved I am about that!! YEAH!

Next time, I'm going to write myself a note. YOUR RINGS ARE ________, STUPID! AND DON'T FORGET TO TAKE YOUR MEMORY SUPPLEMENTS! I will be so glad I took the time to write the note. I will thank myself later.

I will read this note and wonder where those stupid supplements are anyhow....

Hey G!

So glad you found your rings!!! I do the same things sometimes and it's always good that I find stuff!

Hope you had a really nice Christmas and wishing you the best in the coming New Year~~

Glad you found your rings!
I, too, got a package on Christmas eve. My replacement scale, after the old one died about a year and a half ago, I finally decided to call and get it replaced under the warranty. Do you think I can convince them this one is broken also? I'm SURE it's wrong!!!! nah, don't think they'll believe it!

LOL about the note. Just make sure you don't put it "somewhere so you'll know where it is" That's where I put everything and the main reason, I can't find anything!!!!
lol

"...FOUR golden rings!..."

I talked to Mel earlier,
and she got to see THE ring last night!!!!

THE RING?!?!

She hasn't been talking to my sister, has she??!

*whimper*

Allow me to apologize. *sigh*

I'm going to have to post about that situation. I am terribly sad to say I have serious reservations about it. *siiiigh*

i KNEW you would find them!!!

Hi Mrs. G,

Writing for the King,

As usual, I'm missing for a few days and I come back to find out that ALL kinds of things have happened!!! Rings, puke, surprises....... Have a great New Year, G!

No, G~, but sounds like your Sis has some news?
No, I'm talking about THE ring. the ONE ring!

I can't believe hobbitmama doesn't know what RING I'm talking about!!

*walks away shaking head*

Oh, crap, Linda...I forgot about her going to see the end-all be-all museum that C's all jealous about!

Woah. So she's all wowed up, hmm??

And I don't wanna talk about my sis's news just now.

I'm so glad!
